Focus Timers: Find a Session Length That Fits

A timer can give a task an edge: a moment to begin and a moment to reconsider. It does not need to turn your day into a competition.

Listen

Choose a track in the catalogue and press Play when you are ready.

Start without planning the whole day

The Start focusing button begins a 25-minute session. Audio is started separately in the player. For more control, use the focus room to choose 15, 25, or 50 minutes, or enter a custom duration from 1 to 180 minutes. Try 15 for a small first step, 25 for a defined task, or 50 when you already know you want a longer interval.

Pause, resume, or reset deliberately

Pause holds the remaining time; Resume continues it. Reset returns the clock to the selected duration. The short-break mode is separate from focus mode. A completed break does not count as a focus session. Fullscreen focus shows the current task and timer, and you can leave it with the visible Exit button or Escape.

Understand the numbers

The local stats view counts completed focus sessions. It shows minutes today, minutes this week, total sessions, and recent completions. Weeks begin on Monday using your device’s local date. Older session totals remain, but durations from before minute history existed cannot be reconstructed. Interrupted or reset sessions do not add completed minutes, and clearing browser storage removes saved history.

Open the focus timer

Try the ADHD Focus Room for a 15-minute start, four recording choices, or silence.
