Nebula support
For help with Eternal Nebula or the Nebula iPhone app, contact privacy@eternalnebula.com. Include your app version, device model and what happened. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or payment information.
Sounds and mixing
Tap a sound in Sounds to play it on its own. Use Mixer to combine up to four recordings and adjust their individual levels. If a recording does not load, check your connection and try Play again.
Offline listening
Open Saved and download the recordings you want to keep available offline. Download a ritual’s sounds together, or choose individual recordings. Removing an app or clearing browser data removes its downloads.
Timers and breathing
Focus includes a task timer and optional breathing sessions. Sleep timers are in Mixer. Choose a comfortable breathing pace and stop whenever you like. Browser timers and background audio depend on the browser and device; return to the page if playback is suspended.
Nebula Run
Open Explore, then Games. Drag and hold to steer, tap to jump, or tap with a second finger while steering. Reaching a solid wall turns the tunnel. Use Pause to take a break. Relaxed mode has no gaps.
Saved items and accounts
App mixes, rituals, favorites and game progress stay on that device. Website account features are separate from local app data. The website also offers browser mix backups and account-saved mixes.
